Petition to vacate arbitrator partial closing award. Petitioners Mahender Makhijani; Continuum Analytics, Inc. ("Continuum"); Mother AS Investor Group LLC; MOM BS Trader Team LLC; Mother CA Trader Team LLC; Mother AS Supervisor LLC; Mother BS Supervisor LLC; and Mother CA Supervisor LLC (collectively, "Petitioners") ask for an order difficulty to vacate teh Partial Come across Award in its entirety because the Arbitrator (1) failed to read more provide enough disclosures; (2) exceeded the scope of his powers; (3) refused to permit discovery in to the Honarkar Functions' fiscal records (Regardless of Petitioners' assert of financial mismanagement); and (4) exercised juridiction more than Makhijani, who is not a celebration to any arbitration arrangement that might carry him beneath this Arbitrator's jurisdiction.
